I am in network with Aetna, Independence Blue Cross, United Healthcare/Optum, and Highmark PA. 

For all other insurance plans, I’m an out-of-network provider, and I can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement.

I am experienced in writing mental health letters of support for individuals in need of gender-affirming medical care, adhering to the latest standards of care set by WPATH.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

This is the “gold standard” for treatment of insomnia. I offer an 8-session structured treatment that can greatly improve sleep.

Forensic assessment & evaluation

I have years of experience completing in‑depth clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations of people involved in the legal system, typically in collaboration with defense attorneys who want a licensed mental health professional’s perspective to better understand and advocate for their clients.
